
Falisha Smith-Coachman, LSW, is a passionate therapist with nearly 5 years of experience working as a social worker. Falisha enjoys serving children and families working through challenges in family conflict, anxiety depression, and stress management. Falisha specializes in AD/HD, social skills acquisition, and self-esteem building with the individuals she serves. Falisha uses a number of dynamic therapeutic approaches such as Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and CBT. Falisha is a Licensed Social Worker, who earned her Bachelor’s Degree from ESU in 2018, and her master’s Degree from Marywood University in 2022, both in Social Work.
