Restorative Family Services LLC was founded by me in an effort to provide high-quality, cost-effective, and accessible mental health treatment to individuals and families residing in and near Monroe County Pennsylvania. My goal is to empower individuals to utilize their inherent strengths and talents to rebuild and restore the overall function and well-being of the individual and family.
Tamara Kappel, LPC
Tamara is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults, adolescents, children, and families to help them maneuver through life’s challenges. She has M.A. in Counseling from Seton Hall University and B.S. in Psychology from Drexel University.
Kandia Palmer, MSW
Kandia provides services to children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University.
Stephanie Wise
Stephanie utilizes a trauma-informed, client-centered, humanistic approach. Art Therapy can bypass our verbal inner critics that block empowerment and healing. Absolutely no artistic skill is necessary to achieve therapeutic goals. In session, Stephanie combines art and conversation with safety and support as foundational for emotional growth.
Kim Borjon, LSW
Kim provides services to adults, families, and groups. She completed her master’s degree in social work with honors and a certificate in trauma from Walden University. Her goal is to help clients struggling to overcome adverse life experiences and/or substance misuse/abuse, helping them to regain control of their lives and develop coping skills to face future challenges.
Anna Hernandez, LPC
Anna is an individual, couples, and family clinician. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. Anna works with clients utilizing a person-centered approach to help clients heal and process trauma, make important career decisions, add obtain new coping skills to work through life’s frustrations
