Restorative Family Services LLC was founded by me in an effort to provide high-quality, cost-effective, and accessible mental health treatment to individuals and families residing in and near Monroe County Pennsylvania. My goal is to empower individuals to utilize their inherent strengths and talents to rebuild and restore the overall function and well-being of the individual and family.
Tamara Kappel, LPC
Tamara is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults, adolescents, children, and families to help them maneuver through life’s challenges. She has M.A. in Counseling from Seton Hall University and B.S. in Psychology from Drexel University.
Kandia Palmer, MSW
Kandia provides services to children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University.
Heather Filby-Salazar, LPC
Heather is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She graduated in 2015 with an MA in professional counseling from Liberty University. She has since worked in a variety of settings including mobile mental health, school-based, and an outpatient clinic providing services across the age range.
Rogelio Brathwaite, LSW
Mr. Brathwaite is an accomplished, dedicated, skilled License Social Worker with over 35 years in the provision of behavioral health services. He is in the process towards an advanced independent clinical licensure.
April Clark, LSW
April Clark is a Licensed Social Worker who uses an eclectic approach to meet the client where they are, her goal is to help you find your voice in your mental health journey. April has worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups.
