Restorative Family Services LLC was founded by me in an effort to provide high quality, cost effective, and accessible mental health treatment to individuals and families residing in and near Monroe County Pennsylvania. My goal is to empower individuals to utilize their inherent strengths and talents to rebuild and restore the overall function and well-being of the individual and family.

Sophia Ulett is a mental health therapist who is trained in eco-systemic family therapy. She has been providing services within the mental health field since 2011. She has a wide variety of experiences working with individuals and families from various backgrounds. She utilizes an eclectic approach to treatment incorporating an individuals strengths to guide treatment.

Debora is a mental health therapist with extensive clinical experience working with children and their families. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She utilizes a variety of techniques and strategies to help individuals overcome life’s challenges.

Tamara is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults, adolescents, children, and families to help them maneuver through life’s challenges. She has M.A. in Counseling from Seton Hall University and B.S. in Psychology from Drexel University.

Kandia provides services to children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University.

Dr. Sewell-Allen enjoys helping people discover the greatness the lives within them. She is a nationally certified counselor (NCC) who believes that changing your thoughts can ultimately change your behaviors.

Heather Filby-Salazar, LPC

Heather is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She graduated in 2015 with an MA in professional counseling from Liberty University. She has since worked in a variety of settings including mobile mental health, school based, and an outpatient clinic providing services across the age range.

Dr. Lorrette Ayers, LSW, Ph.D., CCTP

Dr. Lorrette Ayers specializes in the treatment of grief and loss, coping with chronic illness and pain, caregiver support, trauma, depression and anxiety disorders and relationship and life transitions. Dr. Ayers also specializes in work with helping professionals, addressing compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma and burnout.
